We are pleased to announce the publication of our recent study, “Comparison of Roka Atlas® System Performance and Health Canada Reference Method for 𝘓𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘢 Detection from Plastic, Sealed Concrete, and Stainless Steel Surface Samples,” in the Journal of AOAC INTERNATIONAL Journal.
This research evaluates the effectiveness of the Roka Atlas® System alongside the Health Canada MFHPB-30 reference method for detecting 𝘓𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘢 spp. and 𝘓𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘢 𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘰𝘤𝘺𝘵𝘰𝘨𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘴 on plastic, sealed concrete, and stainless steel.
The results indicate comparable accuracy between both methods, with the Roka Atlas® System successfully detecting 𝘓𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘢 after only 14 hours of pre-enrichment.
